So between all of the changes and the movement of the satellite, it is now back to what I would expect The modem is a Netgear CM2000 and the status of the backhaul just says OUT OF SYNC. When logged into the router and started trouble shooting the issue, I noticed the backhaul status on the Satellite was reading Poor
